Director of IT&Payment

Job Summary
Define the country's IT roadmap and drive convergence to the Pluxee One Platform Architecture while overseeing technology delivery, operational stability, cybersecurity, and infrastructure. Manage global IT budgets, expenditures, and resources to optimize build and run costs, ensuring alignment between global standards and local business priorities. Lead the technology team and collaborate across departments to integrate solutions, develop multi-year operational roadmaps, and contribute to the mutualization of global service centers. Ensure compliance with technology standards and regulations while supporting the business transformation agenda.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in IT, preferably in global/multinational environments
- 4+ years in a leadership role, ideally reporting to the CEO/C-Level
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Availability to work in a hybrid working scheme (Bogota, Colombia)
