Job Summary
Director of IT to lead a globally distributed IT operation and integration effort. Own day-to-day IT operations, drive a major 8–12 month integration (Microsoft 365/Entra ID consolidation, Google Workspace migration, Okta decommissioning, CrowdStrike/SIEM enhancements), and run a scalable IT function across the U.S., India, China, and Mexico. Hands-on in systems configuration, troubleshooting, and architectural decision-making, overseeing identity, endpoint, security, SOC, and collaboration platforms; mentor a 14-person team and manage vendor relationships and IT budgets.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in IT operations, infrastructure, or systems engineering
- 5+ years managing IT teams (people leadership required)
- Experience supporting 200+ user environments across multiple locations
- Proven experience in mergers, acquisitions, or major IT consolidations
- Deep hands-on experience with CrowdStrike Falcon (EDR, policies, response workflows)
- Experience with next-generation SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, Chronicle, Elastic, Falcon LogScale)
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and identity migrations
- Intune endpoint management across Apple and Windows devices
- Microsoft 365 & Slack Enterprise Grid administration
- Strong foundation in DNS, SaaS environments, and enterprise IT operations
