Job Summary
Seeking a Director of IT Infrastructure and Operations to provide leadership for global IT services, managing multiple support teams and ensuring secure, scalable systems aligned with business objectives. Requires extensive IT leadership experience and expertise in cloud platforms.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience in infrastructure operations or related disciplines.
- Proven ability to lead distributed global teams in a high-demand, service-oriented environment.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, and ServiceNow; working knowledge of AWS, Google Cloud, Oracle, and IBM cloud platforms.
- Hands-on experience with system administration, enterprise networking, and endpoint management technologies.
- Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to work across functions and with senior leadership.
- Track record of improving customer satisfaction, team performance, and service delivery operations.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- ITIL, PMP, or other relevant certifications a plus.
- Experience supporting professional services, consulting, or law firm environments strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with compliance standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR) in IT operations context.
