Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in IT engineering, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role
- Proven experience managing technical teams in a client-facing environment (MSP experience strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of networking, cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), virtualization, and cybersecurity
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into business value for clients and executives
- Track record of successful pre-sales engineering and service development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level presentations
- Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
Desired Qualifications
- Cisco CCNP or CCIE
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) Cloud Platform & Infrastructure
- AWS Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional)
- ITIL, PMP, or other project/process certifications
Additional Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and hold a valid drivers license with a clean record
- Pass a MSHP/Federal fingerprint-based background check
- Complete CJIS Security & Privacy Training Certification
