Job Summary
Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations strategy, governance, and optimization while partnering with the CFO to align technology investments with financial and operational objectives. Drive digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, and finance operations by configuring, testing, and deploying ERP solutions that support inventory, procurement, and warehouse processes. Oversee daily IT operations, infrastructure, and vendor relationships while managing technology roadmaps, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure system reliability and scalability. Balance executive leadership with hands-on execution to optimize workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and lead cross-functional process improvement efforts within a multi-site manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7–10+ years of progressive information technology experience, including leadership responsibilities
- 7+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) experience
- Demonstrated experience participating in at least one full-cycle D365 F&O implementation within a manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environment
- Previous experience managing technology teams, projects, vendors, consultants, and business stakeholders
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain processes, inventory management, procurement, warehouse operations, and finance
- Experience with: D365 Finance & Operations
- Experience with: Power Platform
- Experience with: Power BI
- Experience with: Dataverse
- Experience with: SQL
- Experience with: Azure technologies
- Experience with: Enterprise system integrations
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence
- Proven ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
- Must be available for a hybrid work schedule with 2–3 days per week onsite and 2–3 days per week remote
- Must be available for occasional travel to Arcadia's other places of business
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting building products manufacturing, construction products, industrial manufacturing, engineered products, or related industries
- Experience working in a multi-site manufacturing environment
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications
- Experience leading ERP modernization, digital transformation, AI implementations, or business systems initiatives
- Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and systems integration activities
- Experience with Soft Tech V6 or other CPQ platforms
