Job Summary
Spearhead delivery of RTL and circuit-based IPs for next-generation AI acceleration SOC products. Formulate and direct high-performing engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution. Oversee physical layout implementation while maintaining critical KPIs for timing, power efficiency, and yield. Collaborate closely with the Design Verification team to guarantee comprehensive functional excellence. This role requires demonstrated proficiency in orchestrating cross-geographical teams and navigating the full product lifecycle from design through verification and testing. Candidates must possess strong expertise in interconnect and memory interfaces, including PCIe and LPDDR.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated proficiency in orchestrating and leading teams to achieve project objectives while adroitly overcoming challenges
- Experience spanning multiple geographical locations and remote settings
- Profound involvement in IP development, encompassing both RTL and circuit-level implementations
- A strong grasp of interconnect and memory interfaces, inclusive of PCIE and LPDDR
