Job Summary
Director of Investor Relations to lead inDrive’s global IR strategy and external communications. Build and execute investor messaging and materials, engage with investors and analysts, and report on ESG and social impact metrics. Collaborate with the CFO, CEO, General Counsel, and Communications team to ensure consistent, mission-aligned external messaging across investor and analyst interactions. Translate complex financial and impact data into clear narratives, support capital markets readiness, and drive governance and transparency in disclosures and stakeholder communications.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, or Equity Research
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
- experience with capital-markets events or investor-facing environments
- strong financial modeling and valuation knowledge
- excellent communication and storytelling skills
- ability to translate complex information into clear narratives
- experience engaging with investors, analysts, and senior executives
- understanding of ESG and sustainability reporting
