Job Summary
Standardize operational delivery across existing markets and refine market-entry playbooks by partnering with Sales, Onboarding, Care, R&D, and Legal to ensure cross-functional alignment. Master market entry requirements from trend analysis to process re-engineering, while identifying and mitigating risks to timelines and project completion. Serve as a connective tissue within the organization to resolve project roadblocks, develop reporting artifacts, and align on KPIs. Own communication plans and coordinate recurring updates for senior stakeholders to drive accountability and transparency. Lead complex business launches in non-US markets, influencing successful cross-functional initiatives and connecting operational execution to customer impact.
Required Qualifications
- Results-driven and highly accountable, with a strong sense of ownership and urgency in driving 0 to 1 projects from strategy through to implementation
- Proven track record of leading complex business or product launches in non-US markets
- Deep familiarity with the logistical and regulatory hurdles of global expansion
- Demonstrated experience influencing successful cross-functional initiatives that delivered outstanding results
