Job Summary
Lead the firm's interior design growth strategy across the Pacific Northwest by developing relationships with owners, developers, investors, builders, and industry partners. Identify new opportunities and guide major pursuits from initial contact through project delivery while serving as a trusted advisor on interior design, procurement, and project execution. Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements, and mentor designers and project leaders in client engagement and business development. Help strengthen a collaborative, accountable, and inclusive team culture within a growing regional practice.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- 10+ years of leadership experience within a highly regarded design firm
- 10+ years of successful business development experience
- Strong relationships and market knowledge within the Pacific Northwest
- A proven ability to generate opportunities and build executive-level client relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and pursuit leadership skills
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Interior Designer credentials are preferred
