Job Summary
Director of Intake for a Home Health organization in Sarasota, FL. Responsible for overseeing daily intake operations including referrals, admissions, and patient onboarding; supervising intake staff to ensure timely start of care; managing intake logs, reports, and patient flow; coordinating with referral sources; collaborating with branch directors and business development teams; ensuring accurate data entry into EMR systems and compliance with PDGM guidelines and documentation standards. Involves strategic planning, budgeting, and process improvement initiatives, and acting as a liaison between intake, clinical teams, and executive leadership. Requires RN licensure and leadership or supervisory experience; strong knowledge of intake processes, referrals, and admissions; proficiency with EMR and healthcare documentation. Monday–Friday, standard business hours. Compensation $80,000 - $90,000, plus benefits.
