Job Summary
Director of Intake & Enrollment to lead a large, high-volume intake and enrollment department across multiple offices. Oversees intake, enrollment, eligibility, disenrollment, member retention, reporting, escalations, and team performance. Manages team leads, specialists, and support staff across locations; ensures compliance with CMS, DOH, Medicaid, Medicare, and internal policies. Requires strong leadership, ability to create structure and accountability, and effective communication across diverse teams and community partners. Ideal candidate has experience leading healthcare intake/enrollment operations, Medicaid/Medicare processes, and hands-on, practical leadership with hiring, onboarding, and staff development.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience leading a healthcare intake, enrollment, coordination, or operations team
- Experience managing large, diverse staff across multiple offices
- Strong understanding of Medicaid / Medicare processes and healthcare regulations
- Intake experience preferred; homecare coordination experience beneficial
- Organized, decisive leadership with clear communication across offices
