Job Summary
Lead the design and rollout of instructional data systems across KIPP Texas schools, translating academic priorities into clear workflows, templates, and expectations for school teams. Build reporting structures to identify trends and gaps, ensure tools are intuitive and aligned to school operations, and coach leaders to execute instructional systems. Monitor implementation and impact on student outcomes, collaborate with the Managing Director of Instructional Systems, and support School Leadership Teams in using data to inform planning and instructional practices. Bring a strong systems-thinking approach, experience with data tools and reporting, and a proven ability to manage complex projects with fidelity. Bachelor's degree required; 4+ years in education; prior principal experience highly preferred.
