Job Summary
Coordinate, schedule, and maintain guest lessons while utilizing swing analysis technology and integrating teaching aids across all programs. Direct tournaments, summer camps, and event-based instruction, walking the tee line during peak times to market the platform and deliver impromptu lessons. Supervise information requests, manage player development series, and oversee club fitting, repair, and equipment inventory. Grow the golf instruction platform through marketing and community outreach while maintaining budgetary requirements for the golf services program. Requires 2-3 years of golf lesson teaching experience, sales background, and ability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years' experience teaching golf lessons
- experience coaching different levels of golfers
- 2-3 previous sales experience
- PGA Membership
- Class A Certification
- Bachelor's degree
- Management of an independent golf lesson program
- Proven track record of successful instruction
- Exceptional coaching ability
- Social and interpersonal skills required to interact with all Topgolf Guests
- Familiarity with swing analysis technology
- Familiarity with launch monitor technology
- Ability to develop positive and ongoing relationships with Guests
- Excellent communication, time management and organization skills
- Ability to work on a team
- Energy and enthusiasm

- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time
- Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time including maneuvering up and down stairs
