Job Summary
Coordinate, schedule, and maintain guest lessons while utilizing swing analysis technology and integrating teaching aids across all programs. Direct tournaments, summer camps, and event promotions, walking the tee line during peak times to market the platform and deliver impromptu instruction. Manage information requests, player development series, club fitting, and general equipment maintenance to meet budgetary requirements. Requires 2-3 years of golf instruction experience, sales background, and Class A certification. Topgolf offers free play, food, health benefits, 401(k) matching, and mental well-being support.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years' experience teaching golf lessons
- experience coaching different levels of golfers
- 2-3 previous sales experience
- PGA Membership
- Class A Certification
- Bachelor's degree
- Management of an independent golf lesson program
- Proven track record of successful instruction
- Exceptional coaching ability
- Social and interpersonal skills required to interact with all Topgolf Guests
- Familiarity with swing analysis technology
- Familiarity with launch monitor technology
- Ability to develop positive and ongoing relationships with Guests
- Excellent communication, time management and organization skills
- Ability to work on a team
