Job Summary
Director of Institutional Asset Management at Evernest leads the institutional portfolio with ownership of performance across operations, revenue optimization through market rents, renewals, and ancillary income, and cost reductions via efficient turn spend and maintenance expense control. Responsibilities include developing quarterly plans, creating ad-hoc reports with the data team, collaborating cross-functionally with leasing, accounting, property services, and resident services, conducting market visits and inspections, communicating with clients and internal teams, driving process improvements, and partnering with senior leadership to implement best practices and enterprise-wide improvements. Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools to derive property-level insights and present to the COO and clients is required.
