Job Summary
Lead installation and project management activities across a multi-state region, directly managing Installation Managers and overseeing project delivery teams. Establish goals, conduct evaluations, and drive accountability for project execution, financial results, and customer satisfaction. Ensure projects adhere to plans, specifications, codes, and budgets while monitoring schedules, manpower, and subcontractor performance to optimize efficiency. Maintain full P&L responsibility for the region, serving as the escalation point for clients and conducting site visits to verify quality and safety. Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Service leadership to ensure seamless project transitions and long-term customer relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience driving operational and financial metrics while demonstrating strong financial acumen
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in successfully building and developing teams
- Highly effective leadership and organizational skills with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally, as well as manage delivery timeframes
- Results-oriented problem-solving skills that meet client and employee needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, Word)
- Willingness and ability to travel to job sites, including overnight travel as needed
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and planning abilities
Desired Qualifications
- College degree in business administration, management, or related field
- Experience in construction, engineering or project management (techniques and tools)
- Professional certifications in project management or resource management (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma, Agile, Waterfall)
- Experience in the security integration industry
- Knowledge of PM techniques and tools, general knowledge of contract laws and regulations
- Factory certifications in relevant technology platforms (Software House, Lenel, Brivo, Open Options, Exacq, American Dynamics, Milestone, OnSSI, etc.)
