Director of Infrastructure & Operations

Lead the engineering, delivery, operation, and continuous improvement of the Bank's infrastructure, network, cloud, endpoint, telecommunications, and technology operations capabilities. Ensure the availability, performance, security, resiliency, and scalability of technology platforms while overseeing incident management, asset management, IT service management, disaster recovery, and operational processes. Develop infrastructure roadmaps, architectural standards, and vendor contracts to meet security, regulatory, and risk management requirements. Manage operational standards, monitoring, and reporting practices while mentoring engineers and collaborating with business and security leaders. Evaluate emerging technologies to improve service delivery and reliability.
