Job Summary
Director of Infrastructure and Operations overseeing physical infrastructure, security, lease management, and facility expansions; develop and enforce employee policies and procedures; ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and export controls; serve as Facility Security Officer (FSO) to administer personnel security programs and maintain DoD security clearance requirements; manage insurance coverage and risk mitigation; coordinate with external consultants and contractors (financial, tax, legal); contribute to vendor selection and management for subcomponents in low-rate manufacturing operations; report to CEO; role supports airborne 3D lidar mapping systems for government and commercial clients.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in infrastructure management, facilities operations, or a related field
- Strong understanding of compliance regulations, particularly FAR and DFARS
- Experience with personnel security programs and DoD security clearance requirements
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- A strategic mindset and ability to drive process improvements
