Job Summary
Lead overall IT strategy, operations, and digital transformation initiatives to align technology capabilities with organizational goals. Oversee design, implementation, and optimization of robust IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud platforms, and hybrid environments. Drive enterprise-wide automation and champion the adoption of AI technologies to enhance business processes and decision-making. Manage data platforms, cybersecurity, compliance, and disaster recovery programs while enforcing relevant regulations. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team across infrastructure, operations, automation, and specialized roles. Manage the IT budget, vendor relationships, and technology procurement to optimize costs and deliver value. Collaborate with business unit leaders to identify technology needs, prioritize projects, and address workforce impacts from automation. Monitor emerging trends to implement innovative solutions and establish key performance metrics for IT service delivery and security posture. Ensure manufacturing development complies with FDA, GMP, and ISO requirements.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science or similar degree
- Minimum of 9 years leading technology teams
- Experience managing enterprise IT operations, networking, cloud systems, cybersecurity, systems administration, data protection, and technology operations
- Exceptional leadership, Agile project management, and analytical problem-solving capabilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to align technology solutions with business objectives and strategic initiatives
- Experience in deploying, optimizing, and maintaining NetSuite, Salesforce, AWS, Microsoft 365, Okta, Jira, and other required technologies
- Successful track record of business transformation utilizing technology and product development
- Experience in quality systems, process control, and FDA compliance
- Proven track record of success in a business unit
- Exceptional technical aptitude
- Ability to create an innovative environment
- Strong management skills for coaching and developing others
- Strong leadership ability to direct functional area and promote corporate citizenship
- Role will operate from our corporate headquarters in Memphis, TN
