Job Summary
Director of Information Technology leading a radiology IT organization. Owns the full technology vision across infrastructure, security, software platforms, and innovation strategy to keep clinicians ahead and operations running smoothly. Partners with executive leadership to define and execute a forward-looking IT roadmap aligned with business growth, profitability, and patient care goals. Drives enterprise-wide modernization, makes build-vs-buy decisions, and leads a team of IT staff to tackle ambitious projects while ensuring HIPAA compliance and data integrity. Focused on eliminating redundancy, reducing costs, and adopting emerging technologies to give radiology teams a competitive edge; role is a leadership-focused, transformative technology position in a healthcare setting.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in IT leadership
- 10+ years in healthcare IT environment
- Radiology experience highly preferred
- Deep knowledge of healthcare IT, HIPAA, radiology workflows (PACS, RIS)
- Track record delivering complex cross-functional tech projects on time and on budget
- Ability to translate technical strategy to executives and clinicians
- Proven leadership capable of building high-performing teams
