Job Summary
Director of IT responsible for overseeing IT budget, hiring and training staff, scheduling and assigning IT projects, conducting performance evaluations, enforcing policy-compliant discipline, leading development and implementation processes for the organization’s IT systems, establishing business continuity protocols to minimize disruption, evaluating and improving IT infrastructure efficiency, overseeing security of systems and networks, coordinating ERP-based multisite IT operations, vendor relationships, and asset procurement across sites; requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and extensive experience with Windows servers/desktops, networking, cybersecurity, and IT standards such as NIST.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent certifications
- 4 years of technical experience
- At least five years of experience managing an IT department
