Job Summary
Develop and execute a multi-state technology roadmap to support rapid organizational growth across 50+ practices. Oversee enterprise networks, cloud services, and cybersecurity while ensuring HIPAA compliance and disaster recovery readiness. Optimize core dental platforms including Practice Management Systems and digital imaging to enhance provider productivity. Lead IT due diligence for acquisitions, manage hardware deployments, and build integration playbooks for new locations. Mentor a high-performing IT team and negotiate contracts with MSPs and software vendors. Requires in-person work at Reno headquarters with up to 50% travel across western states.
Required Qualifications
- Must work in-person at our Reno, NV headquarters
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% across regional practice locations
- 7+ years of progressive IT experience
- 3+ years in a hands-on leadership role managing technical teams and enterprise systems
- Proven track record supporting multi-site, geographically dispersed organizations
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
- This is a safety-sensitive role and requires passing a drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- Background in a Dental Support Organization (DSO), healthcare, or regulated multi-site environment
- Deep knowledge of HIPAA Privacy/Security rules and clinical dental technology (Practice Management/Digital Imaging)
- Experience leading technology integrations for M&A activity
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, ITIL, Microsoft, or Cisco
