Director of Influencer and Ambassador Partnerships

Job Summary
Director-level contractor role focused on identifying and cultivating early-stage creators across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram in fitness, wellness, and performance spaces. You will build curated lists of high-potential creators, analyze engagement and growth velocity to determine breakout potential, and collaborate with internal teams to align creator selections with product launches and brand campaigns. You’ll source contact details and facilitate partnerships, stay on top of platform trends, and present creator examples aligned with our brand persona. The role is remote/flexible, with KPIs centered on pipeline quality, brand fit alignment, and measurable lift from creator partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- Must-Have Skills: Demonstrated experience sourcing and evaluating emerging creators across social platforms
- Must-Have Skills: Deep knowledge of the YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram creator landscape
- Must-Have Skills: Pattern recognition skills—you can tell who’s going to pop before they do
- Must-Have Skills: Comfortable creating and maintaining organized watchlists or databases
- Must-Have Skills: Strong communication skills; able to articulate why a creator is a fit and how to approach them
- Must-Have Skills: Existing contacts or the ability to reach creators through DMs, email, or network
- Nice-to-Have Skills: Previous work with fitness, health, wellness, or performance brands
- Nice-to-Have Skills: Relationships with influencer agencies or creator collectives
- Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience working in DTC or e-commerce brand marketing teams
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social media talent scouting
- Experience sourcing and evaluating emerging creators across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
