Job Summary
Establish and maintain industry-level standard reporting and projections by synthesizing internal Point-of-Sale and third-party data sources like IRI and retailer loyalty portals. Develop and manage strategic relationships with external vendors, including contract negotiation and budget oversight, while supervising a core team of Quantitative and Industry Analysts. Deliver executive presentations to senior leadership and support internal teams with actionable recommendations to drive planning, optimize space allocation, and identify growth opportunities in new Celebrations categories.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- A minimum of eight years experience applying quantitative methods to solve business problems
- Must have experience working as a Data Analyst or Data Engineer for a period of two to three years at some point in their career
- Demonstrated experience translating quantitative analysis results into actionable business recommendations
- Proven experience presenting results to a broader (non-quantitative) audience, including business leaders
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in business and/or quantitative-focused field
- Prior experience utilizing SnowFlake SAS, Python, R, SQL, Excel or a similar large database application
