Job Summary

Director of Industrial Sales leads a small team of Business Development Managers, mentors and coaches them while creating new initiatives to grow in the agriculture and mass transit (bus and rail) markets. This 'working leader' role directly interfaces with and develops new accounts while expanding company presence by building relationships in the target industries and guiding sales strategy. Proven sales experience, industry knowledge, and established relationships in agriculture and/or mass transit are essential, along with experience in leading Sales Account Managers and a collaborative, hands-on approach to growing key accounts in heavy gauge thermoforming markets.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in industrial or related sectors
  • Industry knowledge and business relationships in agriculture and/or mass transit industries
  • Experience leading Sales Account Managers
  • Ability to mentor and coach a small team of Business Development Managers
  • Willingness to work in a collaborative environment
  • Working knowledge of heavy gauge thermoforming (preferred)
