Job Summary
The Director of Implementation at Parachute Health will scale Home Medical Equipment Provider implementations and lead strategic customer engagements while managing a team of Implementation Managers. Responsibilities include driving team performance, leading onboarding efforts for suppliers, overseeing digital transformations, implementing AI platform solutions, and facilitating end-user training. Candidates must have a strong background in healthcare project management, significant experience in team management, and familiarity with SAAS products. Strong communication and business acumen are crucial for success in this role.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or project-based work in healthcare or health tech, with minimum 3 years directly managing teams
- Experience with set-up, configuration, technical integration, or administration of a SAAS product
- Experience with complex project management and ability to guide stakeholders through large-scale organizational transformation
- Broad knowledge of the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) landscape
- Comfortable with tools such as Excel (advanced), Tableau, HubSpot, JIRA
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to AI solutions, digital workflow automation, or system interoperability
- Experience with API integrations
