Director of Implementation

Director of Implementation to own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new Confido customers. This high-impact individual contributor role turns signed contracts into live deployments by managing the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff through go-live, designing detailed project plans, timelines, and workstreams, configuring the Confido platform to match each customer’s workflows, and driving stakeholder alignment. You’ll develop training programs and run live onboarding sessions for various user personas, measure time-to-value, and continuously improve implementation processes. You’ll build the implementation playbook, establish KPIs, and provide visibility into onboarding health and velocity. Collaboration with Sales, CS, and Product is required to surface requirements early and ensure a smooth transition post-implementation. The role requires 5+ years in enterprise software implementations or complex client onboarding, strong project management, technical curiosity to configure software and troubleshoot, and experience with CPG, retail, or supply chain customers is a plus.
