Director of Imaging Services

Lead the design, installation, planning, and overall operation of diagnostic Imaging Services across Emerus facilities by collaborating with physicians, staff, vendors, and leadership to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Routinely round on Imaging Services areas to evaluate operational effectiveness, personnel utilization, and the professional atmosphere while securing and maintaining physical facilities, equipment, and supplies. Implement improved service methods, coordinate in-service training, and establish performance standards to ensure competency and appropriate licensure of personnel. Collaborate with IT on RIS/PACS applications and network configurations, work with teleradiology and ultrasound services for timely interpretations, and interpret hospital policies in accordance with ACR, DNV, and radiation control regulations. Plan radiation safety programs, participate in hospital committees, and assist with performance improvement and CQI activities. Travel to all facility locations as required.
