Job Summary
The HR professional will be the go-to person for all HR tasks at the growing law firm, handling day-to-day responsibilities such as recruiting, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee support. You will work closely with leadership to ensure policies meet employment laws and foster a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities include handling payroll changes, attendance tracking, coordinating benefits with Gusto, monitoring performance issues and coordinating PIPs, managing the recruiting process, new hire onboarding, answering policy/benefits questions, maintaining employee records and compliance reports, assisting in updating policies and handbooks, and conducting exit interviews to improve employee experience and retention.
