Job Summary
Directs HR operations and provides strategic leadership by managing a team of HR professionals and recruiters. Oversees daily HR functions including recruiting, benefits, immigration, and vendor management; conducts performance reviews; supports organizational growth through process development and resource management; participates in corporate strategy and HR policy updates; identifies and resolves issues in HR processes; contributes to candidate evaluations, offers and onboarding, and offboarding; maintains HR records and ensures regulatory compliance; collaborates with management on resource planning and HR analytics; reinforces confidentiality and professional standards while leveraging HRIS and office software to support HR programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management is highly preferred
- Over 7 years of experience in Human Resource Administration or HR related fields
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership and people management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and HRIS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when needed
- Experience with vendor management and immigration processes
- Knowledge of HIPAA and regulatory changes in HR
- Experience in onboarding and offboarding processes
- Experience in performance management and talent management
