Drive talent acquisition and workforce planning by analyzing open positions, coaching selection interviews, and developing staffing strategies in collaboration with hiring managers. Oversee employee compensation by leading hourly total compensation strategy planning, conducting quarterly internal equity analysis, and implementing recognition programs. Manage staff development by supervising on-property HR resources, ensuring proper training, and serving as a resource for employee relations issues. Report to the General Manager and attend owners meetings to contextualize HR results such as retention and satisfaction metrics.
