Job Summary
Oversee HR operations for a growing manufacturing organization, managing compliance, benefits, payroll, and employee retention while handling investigations and legal considerations. Lead scaling efforts for teams of 500–1,500 employees, navigating complex growth challenges and software transitions. Troubleshoot challenging HR situations with a problem-solving mindset, utilizing strong communication skills to connect with workers from front line to executive levels. Requires 10+ years of experience, with a 25%–35% travel component and on-site presence in Price, Utah. Relocation assistance is available.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years experience with HR Manager Duties including Compliance, Benefits, Payroll, Employee Retention, Investigation/Legal considerations
- Experience working through significant growth phases and challenges associated with scaling processes, software and teams
- HR Management at a company with 500-1500+ employees
- Experience navigating a variety of challenging HR situations
- Troubleshooting, problem solving mindset
- Excellent people skills, charisma, communication, and ability to connect with a variety of workers from professional to front line
- Must be local to Price, Utah
- 25%-35% travel
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
