Director of Human Resources (Regional) - Full-Time 1st Shift

Job Summary

Partner with executive, clinical, and operational leaders to align people strategies with business objectives and advance resident care delivery. Lead workforce planning, labor optimization, and talent acquisition to forecast staffing needs and build sustainable pipelines across skilled nursing and assisted living centers. Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management while driving succession planning and leadership development. Partner with organizational leaders to design effective structures, manage change initiatives, and leverage people analytics to identify risks and inform strategic decisions. Support labor relations activities and ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws. Travel to centers regularly to execute these responsibilities in a hybrid environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Seven or more years of progressive Human Resources experience in consulting, business partner, or management role
  • Experience managing employee relations
  • Experience leading organizational change initiatives
  • Experience making data driven decisions
  • Minimum of three years of experience advising and influencing business and senior leadership
  • Demonstrated leadership capability
  • Ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed environments
  • Experience supporting multi-site
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong financial understanding
  • Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and Workers' Compensation
  • Ability to travel to centers regularly
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization

  • Master's Degree
  • Prior experience in post-acute care or health care facilities
