Job Summary
Lead the hotel's Executive Committee as Director of Human Resources, driving strategic leadership across associate relations, engagement, leadership development, recruitment, training, performance management, culture-building, and HR compliance. Strengthen associate engagement and foster a positive, accountable workplace culture while developing leaders at all organizational levels. Partner directly with operational departments to ensure HR remains a visible, engaged force that elevates the guest experience. This 100% on-property role requires a minimum of five years in hotel HR leadership, including Marriott brand experience and knowledge of Marriott systems.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of Human Resources leadership experience within a hotel environment
- Marriott brand experience
- Knowledge of Marriott HR systems and platforms
- Full-service hotel experience
- Proven experience driving associate engagement and culture initiatives
- Strong employee relations and leadership coaching background
- Ability to influence and partner effectively with operational leaders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- 100% on-property availability
