Job Summary
Director of Human Resources responsible for leading HR strategy across the organization, overseeing compliance, employee relations, compensation and benefits, talent management, recruiting, onboarding, development, and ensuring employment-law compliance. The role partners with ownership and leadership to cultivate a positive workplace culture, drive workforce planning, and support organizational growth. Key duties include advising leadership, developing and implementing HR initiatives, managing HR documentation, overseeing recruiting, onboarding, performance management, investigations, disciplinary actions, benefits strategy, and training. Ideal candidate has 5+ years of HR leadership, strong communication and leadership skills, and relevant HR credentials (SHRM or PHR/SPHR) with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Human Resources experience
- Strong employee relations background
- Working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR preferred
