Job Summary

Director of Human Resources responsible for developing and executing property-level HR strategies, overseeing talent acquisition, succession/workforce planning, performance management, and development. Leads HR initiatives aligned with property and brand objectives, manages staffing and recruitment, designs compensation/total rewards programs, and drives staff development and employee relations. Requires coordinating with property leadership, owners, and HR staff to translate business priorities into actionable HR plans, leveraging HR technology, and fostering diversity and inclusion across the property. Minimum education/experience as specified in candidate profile; role reports to the General Manager with dotted-line regional HR oversight. Equal opportunity employer.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major; 4 years experience in human resources, management operations, or related professional area.
  • 4-year bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in human resources, management operations, or related professional area.
