Director of Human Resources (Las Vegas)

Oversee all Employee and Labor Relations functions in the Las Vegas Region, including oversight of employee investigations, enforcement of union contracts, and frequent interaction with multiple unions concerning collective bargaining issues. Provide advice, counsel, and HR support to all levels of management while managing grievance, mediation, and arbitration processes. Train and develop the HR Integrity & Performance/Culture staff, conduct HR training for all levels of Operations staff, and make employment decisions regarding team member performance and conduct issues. Handle outside agency issues and lead the resolution of employee issues and concerns.
