Job Summary
Lead all HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance while serving as a strategic advisor to the CEO on people strategy and organizational design. Build scalable systems, oversee payroll and HRIS administration, and manage health and wellness programs across a multi-location organization. Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives to align talent with growth plans. Champion a cohesive culture through engagement assessments, change management, and direct coaching of leaders. Ensure operational excellence by developing policies, improving HR processes, and maintaining alignment with organizational priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior-level leadership responsibility
- Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, compensation, and talent management
- Proven experience in change management and organizational development
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolutions skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, ADP Workforce Now preferred, and Microsoft Office Suite
- HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as the lead HR professional in a mid-sized organization (<150 employees) as well as a non-profit organization is preferred
