Job Summary
Director of Human Resources responsible for leading all HR operations at Hadley Pointe for Nursing Rehab and Care, including recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, training, and compliance. Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals; manage and direct the HR team; design and implement recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent; maintain positive employee relations; administer health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits; ensure compliance with employment laws and industry standards; analyze and report HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, and Title VII
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights
