Job Summary
Direct hiring strategies for hourly and management positions, manage seasonal staffing adjustments, and oversee onboarding processes. Serve as a trusted advisor to the General Manager on the Executive Committee to align people strategies with hotel business goals. Foster an inclusive work culture, resolve conflicts, and guide management on corrective actions. Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal employment laws, handle workers' compensation, and maintain accurate employee records. Coordinate orientation and continuous leadership development programs while driving long-term succession planning. Manage local wage surveys, assist with payroll administration, and oversee benefit programs. Requires four years of progressive HR experience with a preferred hospitality leadership background, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in HRIS platforms.
