Job Summary
Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategy with organizational priorities and serve as a trusted advisor on workforce planning and talent development. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts while designing performance management systems and equitable hiring pipelines. Manage compensation structures, benefits programs, and leave administration, including oversight of FMLA, Disability, and Worker's Compensation claims. Provide guidance on sensitive personnel issues, investigate complaints, and collaborate with legal and insurance providers on compliance matters. Develop HR policies, maintain data systems, and lead training initiatives to build leadership capacity and promote inclusion. Full-time role with hybrid work options after six months; salary $110,000 to $125,000.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in human resources management, or related field
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Deep knowledge of employment law and nonprofit management
- Proven experience in conflict resolution, coaching, and performance management
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient use of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, HRIS, internet, and email software
- Ability to transport materials, routinely moves equipment or supplies weighing up to 30 lbs
