Job Summary
Hands-on HR Director to lead our HR function, focusing on multi-state HR compliance, self-funded benefits, and strategic partnership with leadership. Responsibilities include Strategic HR Direction, Benefits Strategy for self-funded plans, Policy & Compliance across states, and providing guidance on employee relations. Requires senior-level HR leadership, Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business, and a strong background in compliance and self-funded benefits; contribute to organizational growth and drive people initiatives in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
