Job Summary
Oversee daily HR operations by managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, benefits, and compliance. Advise leadership on workforce planning, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution while developing HR programs to support engagement and operational excellence. Conduct employee relations investigations, resolve workplace concerns, and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws. Maintain accurate personnel records, manage 401(k) administration, and support OSHA compliance across multiple facilities. Travel regularly to facilitate training, audits, and leadership coaching. Requires a Bachelor's degree, SHRM-CP or PHR certification, and one to three years of HR experience in healthcare or long-term care. Hybrid schedule with unlimited assistance and Mayo Clinic programs available.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification
- Experience working in long-term care, nursing homes, or healthcare environments
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

- Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple assignments efficiently
- Proven professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all organizational levels
- Previous experience in 401(k) administration
