Job Summary
Build and strengthen a high-performing Human Resources organization across North America by developing talent, enhancing organizational capability, and creating a scalable HR function that enables business growth. Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute people strategies that support business goals, while leading workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design initiatives. Drive employee engagement, culture, and leadership development programs, and provide coaching to leaders on employee relations, performance management, and change management. Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making, oversee talent acquisition, and ensure compliance with employment laws. Lead, coach, and develop HR team members while championing the effective use of HR technology to improve operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience
- At least 7 years partnering with senior leaders and executives
- Proven success developing and implementing HR strategies that support business objectives
- Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or multi-site operations, including hourly and salaried employee populations
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
- Experience leveraging HR analytics, workforce metrics, and data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and workforce planning
- Proven success driving employee engagement, organizational culture, leadership development, and talent management initiatives
- Experience leading organizational design, succession planning, workforce planning, and change management efforts
- Experience managing and developing HR team members across multiple locations
- Proficiency with HRIS and talent management platforms such as ADP, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar systems
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification
- Experience supporting Canadian operations
