Job Summary
Provide effective guidance to staff and management while maintaining benefits programs, employee enrollment, and vendor relationships. Oversee talent acquisition and develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws across 30 states. Manage HR related systems including HRIS, ATS, and performance management tools, creating consistency in hiring, onboarding, and employee communications. Develop compensation strategies to stay competitive in the market and manage required reporting including EEOC, ACA, and pay data. Lead a team with 10+ years of experience in multi-state environments, utilizing UKG and Microsoft 365 applications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business, or related area
- 10 years of human resources experience
- Experience leading a team or department
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications
- Multi-state experience
- Extensive experience using UKG
- Ability to operate with discretion and sound judgment in complex and sensitive situations
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
