Director of Human Resources (56747)

Directs all HR functions for The Minikahda Club, partnering with the General Manager/COO and leadership team to oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, compensation, performance management, training and development, compliance, policy administration, and fostering a positive workplace culture that supports exceptional member service. Responsibilities include defining organizational goals with executive leadership, developing competitive compensation and benefits programs, handling employee concerns and investigations, guiding HR manager, ensuring legal compliance, creating learning opportunities, budgeting for staffing and HR, coordinating with the Personnel and Compensation committee, and managing payroll. Requires strong knowledge of employment laws, HR systems (Paycom), and a proven track record in talent management and strategic HR leadership.
