Job Summary
Provide vision, leadership, and project management for HRIS operations while ensuring technology supports current and future business needs. Maintain integrations between HR systems and enterprise applications, partnering with Talent Management, IT, and security teams to deliver strategic initiatives. Drive improvements in HR processes and system capabilities by managing projects, budgets, and priorities to ensure continuity of services for internal stakeholders. Align HRIS strategy with organizational goals through collaboration with leadership. Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or higher
- 10+ years of experience in HRIS or HR technology leadership
- 4+ years of experience with UKG
- Experience with enterprise HR systems such as Meditech HR or similar platforms
- Strong project management and system integration experience
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
