Job Summary
Director of HR to design, implement, and scale a scalable HR infrastructure covering talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and compliance. Partner with the COO to align HR strategy with aggressive multi-state expansion plans. Clear path to CHRO within five years. Lead talent strategy to attract, develop, and retain top talent across all departments. Requires 100% on-site work five days a week and travel up to 10%. The role demands deep HR operations expertise in a high-growth environment and the ability to build HR functions from the ground up, with an executive-level partnering presence.
Required Qualifications
- Deep expertise in recruiting and HR operations within a high-growth environment
- Proven experience building and institutionalizing HR functions from the ground up
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and execution-focused culture
- Must be able to work 100% on-site (5 days/week) and travel up to 10%
- Strong executive presence with the ability to serve as a pivotal business partner
