Director of HR Operations leading strategic, scalable HR operations infrastructure across compensation, payroll, benefits, compliance, HRIS and data systems, employee relations, and facilities; design and evolve compensation structures and total rewards; manage vendor relationships and multi-state compliance; drive data-informed decision-making, workforce analytics, and AI-enabled processes; partner across People & Culture to align compensation, benefits, compliance, systems, talent, culture, and DEI; oversee HR technology, reporting, headcount tracking, turnover analysis, and workforce planning; lead and develop the HR operations team and support an inclusive culture; role may require evening/weekend hours and occasional travel.
