Job Summary
Lead HR communications and colleague engagement strategy to inform, inspire and influence across Covista’s enterprise. Own the vision for HR communications, partner on employee engagement, strengthen employer brand (EVP/PVV), and serve as a trusted strategic partner to senior leadership and Office Managing Leaders. The role involves building from the ground up, coaching the HR comms team, aligning with Brand and HR on digital channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Glassdoor), and driving high-impact internal and external communications while supporting a hybrid, multi-office environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in communications, media relations, journalism required
- 10+ years of experience in HR communications, employee engagement, or related fields
- Exceptional writing and editing skills
- Proficiency with AI tools and digital platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Glassdoor)
- Strategic thinking with bias for action
- Collaborative mindset; ability to influence cross-functionally
- Strong storytelling and ability to translate policies into engaging narratives
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to define expectations of
- builder's mindset with tendency to create rather than maintain
